Cauliflower Bites ~ tossed in choice of wing sauce & served with ranch

Mini Tacos~ seasoned chicken tacos with a side of salsa & sour cream

Yuengling Battered Shrimp~ with choice of tartar or cocktail sauce.

1 Pound of Wings~ 10 sauce choices  & add bleu cheese & celery

½ Pound of Boneless Wing Bites~ 10 sauce choices, add bleu cheese & celery

Chicken Fingers & French Fries~ with your choice of dipping sauce

Prime Rib  ~ *Prepared Thursday & served while supplies last* 6oz of blackened prime rib on texas toast with sharp cheese, topped with onion rings au jus

Hamburger~  hand formed 8oz patty on a grilled roll with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
Add: bacon, cheese, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, grilled bell peppers, avocado, or egg.  (Additional Toppings Extra)

Blogg Burger~  hand formed  8oz patty topped with lettuce, tomato, smoked gouda, bacon & roasted red peppers on a grilled roll

Brie Burger~  hand formed 8oz patty with grilled onion pancetta & brie on a grilled roll

Portuguese Pork~ grilled marinated pork over pickled cabbage on a grilled roll topped with horseradish dijon

Cheesteak~  beef & onion seasoned shaved steak topped with sharp cheese – (substitute: chicken steak)

Chicken Sandwich~ choice of grilled or fried on a grilled roll with lettuce, tomato & cajun ranch

Vegetarian~  Seared sticky rice, olives, sauteed vegetables, with spinach and pickled cabbage

Poached Pear~  spring mix, red onions, walnuts, bleu cheese & poached pears

Garden Salad~ Spring mix red onions, tomatoes, cucumber, green bell peppers, cheese & croutons

Caesar~ Romain lettuce tossed in Caesar dressing, with red onions, croutons and parmesan cheese    ( add chicken or add shrimp)

Crab Cake Salad~Spinach tossed in homemade lemon vinaigrette, with tomato, cucumbers & cheddar cheese, topped with crab cakes

Tapenade Salad~ Olives, onions, & bell peppers, in a Mediterranean marinade over spring mix with crumbled feta cheese

Yearbook Cobb Salad~  Green leaf lettuce, topped with chicken, egg, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, roasted red peppers & gouda cheese

Pork Chop ~  A Portuguese dry rub 12oz boneless chop, roasted and topped with a horseradish Dijon. Served with a baked potato and fresh vegetable

Fish And Chips~ Fresh cod dipped in our house made marsala batter, over fresh cut fries. Served with buttered peas, pickled cabbage and paprika tarter

Bacalao Tapenade~ Fresh cod roasted in olive oil, over saffron rice topped with an Olive tapenade

Paella~ Fresh clams, mussels, fish, chorizo, olives, bell peppers, and onions. Stewed in saffron rice topped with sofrito

Arroz De Carne~ Beef, pork, chicken sausage, chorizo, onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes all stewed in saffron rice topped with sofrito

Arroz De Legumes~  Fresh vegetables, olives, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes stewed in saffron rice topped with chimichurri

Salmon Fresh~ salmon brown butter seared over saffron rice tapenade
